Located in Gedicho, Idido, Yirgacheffe, her farm and processing station spans 0.5 hectares and sits at an elevation of 2150 meters. This unique environment serves as the backdrop for cultivating exceptional Heirloom cultivar coffee beans, known for their distinct and nuanced flavors.
Her farming practices are rooted in tradition, as the coffee is cultivated under the shade of false banana trees, fostering a sustainable and harmonious ecosystem. The meticulous handpicking of cherries reflects her unwavering commitment to quality. Following the harvest, her farm follows a natural dry processing approach, allowing the coffee cherries to sun-dry over a period of 12 to 15 days.
