Don Ubeimar has been a coffee grower ever since he was a child. At primary school, at the age of 7
years, he participated in a school program which was called “Cafeteritos” (little coffee growers). This is
the moment he really fell in love with coffee. Nowadays, he works the farm with his wife, and their 2
daughters help as much as they can. His life dream is to improve the living conditions of the whole
family, by producing high-quality specialty coffee!
Ubeimar coffee is fermented by mixing batches of coffee. Picking cherries and depulping is done on the
same day and fermentation lasts until the following day. Then they mix the first batch with a second
fresh batch picked the second day. Total fermentation time: 72 hours.
Washing and sundrying for around 4 days.
